modernize APKBUILD

The appdata contains launchable=org.mozilla.firefox.desktop,
so we need to call the .desktop file that way.

This makes firefox searchable via e.g. GNOME Software

Required for search feature

* Add checkdepends and run test suite.

* Add py3-graphviz checkdepends.

With flatpak 1.8.0-r0 the /usr/share/gdm/env.d/flatpak.env
file, which is required to properly set the enviroment
variables required for flatpak to function (e.g. so
.desktop files show up in the app drawer)
