apk/cache: setup-apkcache
ntp/enabled+ntp_client: setup-ntp
But we could also consider it for user creation+ssh key (setup-user) and root-ssh-key (setup-sshd).
Would it make sense to look into using those commands where we can (since this is anyway about configuring alpine linux) in order to stay as much in line with a standard alpine installation as done by setup-alpine as possible, instead of potentially diverging?
I wanted to discuss pros and cons in an issue before looking into code.

I ran some tests manually and when reverting the kernel to 5.15 from alpine 3.17 the problems went away.
There seems to be an issue in 6.1.56+ as reported here: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217999
This is an issue since Alpine doesn't have any trivial way to downgrade the kernel (it seems).https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/15356Add package lrzsz to main or community repo2023-10-21T01:11:12ZDavid xuAdd package lrzsz to main or community repoFor now, I have to compile myself to use it.

And now abuild adds a dependency between the two at build time

I briefly thought about disabling this dependency tracing but it was explicitly enabled a year and some months ago https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/commit/262773a9da1e0c6f37f22354c7692c37b45393ef
In short: I'd be happier with there being "broken symlinks" where a user that needs this is installing the needed linux-firmware subpackage manually compared to tons of firmware being installed because there's some symlinks pointing somewhere.
Let me know your thoughts.

Running an example display_current_time.adb from [here](https://learn.adacore.com/courses/intro-to-ada/chapters/standard_library_dates_times.html) it reports random time in x86 alpine 3.13 and up.
Example code:
```
with Ada.Text_IO; use Ada.Text_IO;
with Ada.Calendar; use Ada.Calendar;
with Ada.Calendar.Formatting;
use Ada.Calendar.Formatting;
procedure Display_Current_Time is
Now : Time := Clock;
begin
Put_Line ("Current time: " & Image (Now));
end Display_Current_Time;
```
How to reproduce:
