+1.
With commit access I would likely be able to participate more, the move from mailing lists to gitlab merge requests seriously affected my workflow but just being able to push to my packages would make them much easier to keep up-to-date.
Any chance that we could see this included in any kind of apk release in the foreseeable future? Been two years now.

Good lord, they've added even more ways to build python packages.

Can take the dependency out imo. Add a post-update mentioning the change? +1 generally

Looks good to me. +1
Fair enough, if it gets applied upstream then it's destined for aports in any case. So let's see how OpenBSD upstream responds before doing anything else.
I'm not expecting it to trickle down to us through OpenBSD in any sort of timely manner. Unless it looks pretty promising within a few days I'll be making moves to move support for doas.d to community in some fashion.
Good call. Link the relevant discussions on #14930 when you do?
Thanks, I appreciate it. I'm going to give the discussion on #14930 a few days to settle down and then put together a long term solution. Do you want some time to pitch your new patch to doas upstream or do you think that's a lost cause?
