These strings are only used for 'version' argument showing when the
binary is built. We shouldn't use the same values as upstream released
binary.

Instead of gettext. As far as I can tell, abuild-rootbld should only
need gettext for cmd:envsubst. By depending on cmd:envsubst we can
address #13949.

motd is printed by login utilities (busybox, util-linux-login, or
shadow-login)
busybox login does not seem to care about base-session pam, but
util-linux and shadow versions will end up printing motd twice
with this pam.

Removing pam_motd leaves the motd being displayed exactly once for
all three variants.

When installed to /usr/lib pam does not find the module.

The repo moved to https://github.com/alacritty/alacritty - so let's
use this as the pkgs URL. The old URL forwards to the new repo, so
no need to rebuild the package just for the URL IMO.
