Document how to run tests

To someone familiar with ATF it may be obvious how to run them, but for me it took some time figuring this out. It would be nice if someone who understands the testing setup could document e.g. how to run all tests and whether it's safe to ignore the "mkinitfs.test: WARNING: Running test cases outside of kyua(1) is unsupported" warning.
