Questions about bug reports system

I want to make better bug reports so for that I want to clear some things.

- I can’t put `Affected version = edge` What should I do? Put on the body of the bug report that I’m on edge?

- For bugs on edge should I put `Target version = 3.5.1 or 3.6` ? Is the 3.5.1 only going to fix 3.5.0 bugs or also edge bugs?

- I can’t edit my own bug reports! Can this be fixed? Many times I want to mark it fixed, or change detail, or edit description, or change priority… But I can’t even if it’s my bug

Thanks a lot.
I hope my bug reports get better after this.
