adds /sbin/ec2-ipv6 tool
if EC2_IPV6=true in /etc/conf.d/tiny-ec2-bootstrap...
- post-up/pre-down ec2-ipv6 scripts added to eth0 in /etc/network/interfaces
- configures EC2 IPv6 addresses currently associated with eth0
