testing/anbox: fix desktop file
the first commit allows plasma mobile and phosh to use the icon, and make the anbox-launch script fixes useful.
the second moves the image to allow a "factory reset" with a rm -rf /var/lib/anbox after stopping Anbox and setup a rootfs overlay to allow for easier customisations.
