Split networking in local/loopback and internet (net)
The AlpineLinux networking configuration is not well-suited for working
on a laptop and when powersaving is an issue.(Not that i fully
understand the Linux powersaving yet a.k.a. have it configured.)
Locally i have splitted that in several sub-runlevels which for example
unload WLAN drivers etc.
The firewall goes up in default already though, and the local/loopback
is always created.
It would be cool if a “localnet” service would be split out of networking. I have that locally, but for this i “bypass the entire” AlpineLinux mechanism.
