gitolite-3.6.5-r3: insufficient permissions on /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf
Gitolite is unusable with the default ‘git’-user because of insufficient permissions on /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf.

A Workaround might be granting o+rx on /etc/ssl.
