wpa_supplicant missing from alpine-desktop iso build
Have tried a number of times to get network-extras to load into alpine-desktop iso. Apks are being loaded at boot (can see progress bar) however there is no sign of wpa_supplicant once booted. Xfce4 takes around 5 minutes to load and desktop appear. Will admit this is on an old i686 laptop with very little ram. What I do not understand is that wpa_supplicant is present on normal install iso.
If there was a way to change screen resolution at boot I could tell you what is holding up boot process, guessing it could be network trying to start and then failing….
