bash installation in 3.3-rc3 fails due to missing ncurses-lib-6
Here’s an easy way to reproduce the problem with a 2-line dockerfile:
Dockerfile:
FROM alpine:edge
RUN apk update && apk add bash
$ docker build -t test-bash -f Dockerfile .
Result:
Sending build context to Docker daemon 4.096 kB
Step 1 : FROM alpine:edge
—->5142b3854bff
Step 2 : RUN apk update && apk add bash
—->Running in d6d8501a4bfb
