feat: tup package
tup is a build system: http://gittup.org/tup/
Tup is a file-based build system for Linux, OSX, and Windows. It inputs a list of file changes and a directed acyclic graph (DAG), then processes the DAG to execute the appropriate commands required to update dependent files. pdates are performed with very little overhead since tup implements powerful build algorithms to avoid doing unnecessary work. This means you can stay focused on your project rather than on your build system.
The source is available via github (git://github.com/gittup/tup.git) or as signed tarballs (http://gittup.org/tup/releases/).
If there is a downside to having fuse support included, it might make sense to offer packages with and without FUSE respectively, since many use-cases of tup on alpine linux (e.g. CI-style use) could do without it (see tup generate
in the manual).
