community/{agensgraph,ceph18,ceph19}: remove extra so: from sonameprefix

Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/aports:sonameprefix-fix into master

This caused providers like so:ceph19:so:librbd.so.1 which includes so: twice. Remove the additional one. I verified that no packages depends on these provides so the rename shouldn't break anything.
