Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:libtorrent-tests into master

This is a follow up for: 39649263 (CC: @fossdd)

It enables instrumentation to make the tests pass again on x86_64. Afterwards, the tests failed on the CI for several architectures. Further debugging revealed that this is actually caused by three previously-unknown bugs in libtorrent.

Fixes for these bugs have been backported and now the CI should be green on all architectures.
