main/linux-pam: add pam_systemd.so to base-session

jane400 requested to merge jane400/aports:jane400/linux-pam-systemd into master

This is the equivalent to pam_elogind.so. We currently compile linux-pam downstream to have logind support in pam-{issue,timestamp,limits}, but I think we don't need that. Will need more investigation on my side.
