main/ppp: upgrade to 2.5.2

use official download site for source remove builddir variable, now it is default for abuild remove passprompt subpackage because plugin is removed from source ppp_defs.h is in linux-headers package, so removed it from ppp-dev ./configure script is now in source so special prepare() is not needed
