main/hylafax: remove aport

disabled in ec035f86 and the maintainer inactive, perhaps main/hylafaxplus could also be renamed to hylafax and moved to community/?

these are the only aports in main/ that depend on ghostscript, both ghostscript and ghostscript-fonts have the same inactive maintainer, could need some caretaking (#16376 & #16382) and too be moved to community/, would you or @maribu be interested in any of these?
