main/pjproject: fix warning and cleanup outdated sed

There is no hardcoded prefix for very long time, and the fPIC changes are done in the wrong file (PJLIB_CFLAGS is in pjlib/build/Makefile).

If it worked so far without it, I guess it's not really needed.
