We're already ahead of this wrt security patches and this change:
Based on Chromium version: 87.0.4280.144
- Patched with security patches up to Chromium version: 98.0.4758.102
+ Patched with security patches up to Chromium version: 108.0.5359.94won't show in any file we package. So I guess this is mostly about resetting $pkgrel and bumping the qt5 module version to what seem to be the number for other qt5 aports...
