testing/kicad: upgrade to 6.0.7

note that i flattened the build here. opencascade is available elsewhere, but it also didn't make sense to build twice- seems it's just one extra file?

i've still kept it separate as the opencascade dep is quite big, but perhaps we can just entirely flatten it if you want. i like this one

also cleaned up the removed build arguments that don't apply anymore
