Draft: testing/undroidwish: new aport

Undroidwish is a Tcl/Tk distribution that includes many commonly used Tcl/Tk libraries.

The build scripts supplied with it make a statically-linked binary, but I am trying to build it with Alpine libraries, currently these are openssl, zlib, curl, freetype, libjpeg-turbo, and openjpeg.

It will require a lot of testing to see if they work well together.
