I somebody else wants to maintain LibreTLS, then they are welcome to claim it.
The goal of this MR is to get rid of libtls-standalone which is an Alpine "in-house" port of LibreSSL's libtls to OpenSSL.
LibreTLS is a drop in replacement for libtls-standalone. The advantage is that there is an active upstream maintaining the port.
Alternatively somebody could maintain libtls-standablone or we could make the libtls-standalone dependent aports build against standard OpenSSL.
