gcc pch support (precompiled headers) is not compatible with pax asr

At least:
usr/libexec/gcc/i486-alpine-linux-uclibc/4.6.2/cc1
usr/libexec/gcc/i486-alpine-linux-uclibc/4.6.2/cc1plus

needs paxctl -pemrxs
