do not install sudoers.dist

The sudo package installs an example file sudoers.dist in the /etc directory
I think this file should only be installed on new installs as /etc/sudoers where no existing /etc/sudoers exists, to avoid unneeded cruft

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
