do not use --chuid in init.d scripts
Various init.d scripts gives this warning:
* WARNING: -c/—chuid is deprecated and will be removed in the future, please use -u/—user instead
Affected packages are at least those:

- ircservices
- open-vm-tools
- smokeping
- subversion
- trac
- transmission
- vlc
