clamsmtp-1.10-r2.apk deletes /etc/init.d/clamsmtpd

After upgrading AlpineLinux to alpha 17 that contains clamsmtp-1.10-r2.apk
/etc/init.d/clamsmtpd script has been deleted

(from redmine: issue id 71, created on 2009-07-17, closed on 2009-07-30)
