ACF debug / log feature

ACF does have the logevent function, but that’s mostly only useful for development. My development process has been to add logevent statements while developing and then delete them before releasing. I’ve left a few helpful ones commented out. Now that we have more database ACFs, I’ve started leaving a few more in there.

It would be nice to have more included debug statements, so we can see what has happened. Also, the ability to turn them on and off depending on the verbosity you want.
