sguild - install issue

I am trying to install sguild server on Alpine 2.0.2. I have installed alpine-sdk, tcl-dev, mysql, openssh and snort. After going through the install instructions, I try to start sguild and get the following error:

ERROR: The sha1 package does NOT appear to be installed on this sysem. The sha1 package is part of the tcllib extension. A port/package is available for most linux and BSD systems.
SGUILD: Exiting…

I have downloaded tcllib from sourceforge, compiled and installed, but still get this error. I am assuming that I am missing something in a path or build settings for tcllib. It may need to be packaged for Alpine. Any ideas?
