Encypted apkovls not working on alpine-1.9.0_alpha12

On Alpine 1.9.0_alpha12, encrypted overlay fails to load.

Error message:

 * Loading user settings from /media/sda1/host.apkovl.tar.gz.aes-256-cbc: openssl: can't load library 'libdl.so.0'
failed. Cipher aes-256-cbc not supported.
initramfs emergency recovery shell launched. Type 'exit' to continue boot
