squid_kerb_auth helper not included with squid

I can not find the squid_kerb_auth helper with the squid 2.7.7-r2 package installed. According to http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Authenticate/Kerberos\#Outline, it should be bundled with the squid sources.

This helper would be useful in supporting kerberos authentication against Windows domain controllers for squid.
