"No operating system found" after setup-disk -r

setup-disk -r will create an extlinux.conf with root=UUID=…. Seems like exlinux does not handle this, and our initramfs init will definitively not handle it.

setup-disk: do not use UUID for raid devices

This fixes #177, the issues with "No operating system found" on boot
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
