piper-tts out of date, does not install

Summary

Its not possible to install piper-tts on edge. It complains with:

 $ sudo apk add piper-tts
ERROR: unable to select packages:
  so:libfmt.so.10 (no such package):
    required by: piper-tts-2023.11.14.2-r8[so:libfmt.so.10]

please rebuild against libfmt.so.11
