[RFC] Dropping libgxps and support for XPS document format

Summary

The XPS document format seems to have been phased out by Microsoft, and is possibly of very little use: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/Incubator/papers/-/merge_requests/367#note_2276634 We are dropping support for it in Papers upstream, and everything else that supports it has it as an option. So I was wondering if it would make sense to completely drop libgxps from alpine, and disable it in evince, atril, and localsearch, which seem to be the only things that use it.

@chereskata any thoughts as the maintainer?
