aercbook: 404 error on source url

Summary

• The upstream repo no longer exists, the project and source links return a 404 Not Found error.
• Currently it means the aport fails to rebuild on the 3.21 builders, and is a blocker there until resolved (volatile error log).
• Unfortunately distfiles.alpinelinux.org no longer has a copy of the source tarball. Have not yet found an alternative source.

• curl -LO https://git.sr.ht/~renerocksai/aercbook/archive/v0.1.5.tar.gz

Potential options

• If a copy of the source tarball can be found, maybe a request can be made to add it to dev.alpinelinux.org to preserve it?
• Disable or remove the aport
