/usr merge breaks `ufw`

!73952 (merged) breaks ufw since it searches iptables and ip6tables in /usr. Running

ln -s /usr/sbin/iptables /usr/sbin/ip6tables /usr/sbin/iptables-restore /usr/sbin/ip6tables-restore /sbin/

Mitigates the issue temporary.

Steps to reproduce

Update ufw and iptables to latest edge version (ufw-0.36.2-r2, iptables-1.8.10-r4)
ufw enable
Observe output ERROR: Couldn't determine iptables version
