community/libvirt: missing QEMU driver => libvirt no connection driver available for qemu:///system
libvirt can no longer connect to qemu backend on latest stable. Virt-manager shows Not Connected
and the following error lines show up:

After the latest investigations, it has been found, that the QEMU driver does not build anymore
