Firefox randomly flickers

Summary

When I clicks on URL bar or search bar of the browser, it keeps flickering (constantly getting and losing focus) and URL suggestion doesn't work. Scrollbars inside web page also flickers while this happens.

Steps to reproduce

I have not been able to reproduce this reliably. This seems to randomly happens and then randomly stops when I try switching, opening, or closing windows.

I am using sway and xwayland, if that's relevant.

• xwayland: 23.2.6
• wayland: 1.22.0
• xorg-server: 21.1.13
