Package request: grimshot

Before the sway package was updated to v1.9, it used to include a package for the grimshot script that made taking screenshots a lot easier. However, it was removed in the update process, presumably due to the script being moved from the main Sway repo to the sway-contrib repository.

I think it would be useful to re-add grimshot as a separate package.
