/var/lock directory or symlink

/var/lock is packaged in alpine-baselayout as a directory (containing /var/lock/subsys).

Contrary openrc (in the bootmisc service) will try to migrate that directory to /run/lock with a symlink (code).

Packages are configured to ether of these inconsistently. I would like to have one preferred directory and fix ether alpine-baselayout or openrc for that.

(My preference is /run/lock)
