G++ missing dependency

The g and clang() apks should include ‘uclibc-dev’ as a dependency, else nothing can be built.

The problem manifests as an error during compilation:

fatal error: features.h: No such file or directory

Because *libc owns /usr/include/features.h. As far as I can tell, this is a simple addition to the apks.
