Error when installing vde2-2.3.3-r1 missing dependency libwolfssl

When I try install apk add vde2 i get error:

ERROR: unable to select packages: so:libwolfssl.so.41 (no such package): required by: vde2-2.3.3-r1[so:libwolfssl.so.41] This happens on version 3.19. I am new to the distro, was vde2 working before? If yes how did this break?
