community/kitty: make subpackage for terminfo

Hello, I think it would be useful to have a separate package kitty-terminfo. That way it would be possible to install kitty terminfo on headless machines (without having to install kitty itself). Distributions like Debian have this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
