dovecot-fts-xapian needs a rebuild

dovecot-fts-xapian hasn't been rebuilt for v3.17.0.

https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/v3.17/community/x86_64/dovecot-fts-xapian says that the latest version of the package is 1.5.5-r3 and that has been built on 2022-10-20.

v2.3.20-r6 of https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/v3.17/main/x86/dovecot on the other hand has been built on 2022-12-23.

At runtime when the plugin is enabled there is an error preventing startup: Dec 23 10:19:35 imap(user@mailu.io): Error: Couldn't load required plugin /usr/lib/dovecot/lib21_fts_xapian_plugin.so: Module is for different ABI version 2.3.ABIv19(2.3.19.1) (we have 2.3.ABIv20(2.3.20))

Please bump the package version to trigger a rebuild and make it available in v3.17.0
