qBittorrent is built without Web UI

I installed qBittorrent from the community repository, and it had no web UI. See the screenshot below. There supposed to be "Web UI" icon between "RSS" and "Advanced", but there is not. I looked into the build file, and it seems that the build is configured to exclude web UI.

DWEBUI=OFF

If it is excluding web UI, why? I have run qBittorrent in a lot of Linux distributions and Windows, but I had never seen qBittorrent coming with no web UI.Unless there is a reason why web UI cannot work on Alpine Linux, please enable web UI.
