community/linux-edge: enable ODROID HC2 support on armv7
As requested before in #13831 (closed), an issue to explain why I made !38000 (closed)
To facilitate booting the ODROID HC2 (Exynos 5422) with mainline, the following required basic SoC drivers and USB gadget mode (for e.g. RNDIS SSH/telnet shell) should be enabled for config-edge.armv7
:
CONFIG_HIGH_RES_TIMERS=y
CONFIG_CPU_ICACHE_MISMATCH_WORKAROUND=y
CONFIG_ENERGY_MODEL=y
CONFIG_SERIAL_DEV_BUS=y
CONFIG_DEVFREQ_THERMAL=y
CONFIG_THERMAL_EMULATION=y
CONFIG_MFD_SEC_CORE=m
CONFIG_REGULATOR_S2MPS11=m
CONFIG_USB_DWC3=m
CONFIG_USB_DWC2=m
CONFIG_USB_DWC3_EXYNOS=m
CONFIG_PHY_EXYNOS5_USBDRD=m
CONFIG_USB_GADGET=m
CONFIG_RTC_DRV_S3C=m
CONFIG_RTC_DRV_S5M=m
CONFIG_COMMON_CLK_S2MPS11=y
CONFIG_DEVFREQ_EVENT_EXYNOS_NOCP=m
CONFIG_EXYNOS5422_DMC=y
I based this list on the exynos_defconfig
and tested this on my ODROID HC2.
