binutils bfd 2.39 bloats arm binaries

the actual amount is not very consistent, but the changes are anywhere from + 10% to 50% on rebuild, and affect any language that uses bfd (seems to be ghc as well too, for instance). passing -fuse-ld=lld fixes the above and lowers the size again (to original or lower).

can't find anything relevant on the binutils mailing lists..
