Package update request - ClamAV

The ClamAV Team has released new versions of ClamAV due several vulnerabilities. Please see https://blog.clamav.net/2022/05/clamav-01050-01043-01036-released.html (CVE List: CVE-2022-20770, CVE-2022-20771, CVE-2022-20785, CVE-2022-20792, CVE-2022-20796, CVE-2022-20803)

We are currently using Alpine 3.12 and ClamAV 0.103.2 in a Docker Image and need to upgrade to fixed version 0.103.6. I've checked https://pkgs.org/search/?q=clamav but Alpine does not yet offer the fixed ClamAV packages via apk.

We would be very happy if you could offer the currently fixed package 0.103.6 there.
