networkmanger-elogind doesn't automatically pull in -openrc subpackage any more

Generally, -openrc subpackages get pulled in automatically when you install the main package if you have openrc installed. This is the case with the main networkmanager package, but not the networkmanager-elogind variant of it any more, presumably as of !33344 (merged).
