community/afl: does not build

seems to not support llvm 13 : https://github.com/google/AFL/issues/156
setting to llvm12 seems to not work either, probably because we only have clang 13

there seems to be a better maintained fork to swap it with anyway: https://github.com/AFLplusplus/AFLplusplus
